Crème Puffs
1-cup water
½ cup butter or margarine
4 eggs (have broken in another bowl)
1-cup flour
In pot, heat water and butter to rolling boil. Dump in flour and stir vigorously over low heat for one minute. Remove from heat (I like to cool about 1-2 min) then add eggs all at once--beating until smooth. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet with pastry bag (or a zip-lock with tip cut off) and bake 15-20 minutes in a 400-degree oven.
Crème Filling
1 small package instant vanilla pudding packet
1 ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
Combine and cool.
Pop the tops off of crème puffs and fill with crème filling. Put the top back on.
Microwave 1 can of chocolate frosting for about 20 seconds. Smooth over top of filled crème puffs.
